Lutong Bahay ni Aling Santa is my tribute to my mother (Aling Santa). At the age of 16, she became a Head Cook in Chinese Restaurant somewhere in Manila, Philippines. She was dreamt to have a restaurant someday. I hope, I can fulfill her dream by making it in the food business.  Maybe it was on my "Genes" too.  I thank God for giving me this talent. Hope people who will eat my dishes will be happy and bless by the Lord Jesus Christ. Don't forget to give thanks to Almighty God to all blessing that we received. AMEN. I love you  Mother Mary.
